We set a higher bar so you don't have to research every label.
Every product passes our rigorous 12-point checklist covering materials, supply chain, and end-of-life recyclability before it ever appears on our site.
We partner with verified offset programs to neutralise every gram of CO₂ from warehouse to doorstep — at no extra cost to you.
Every product page shows you exactly where materials were sourced, who made it, and what certifications the manufacturer holds.
Changed your mind? Return it free of charge. End of life? We'll take it back and make sure it's properly recycled or composted.
"Finally a brand that actually walks the talk. The duvet is the most comfortable thing I own and knowing it's organic makes me sleep even better."
"I was sceptical about the price premium but the quality is extraordinary. The reclaimed oak chair looks stunning and I know exactly where the wood came from."
"The refillable cleaning products have cut our household plastic waste by 80%. And they actually clean better than the supermarket brands."
Every item in our catalogue meets our Earth Standard — verified for materials, ethics, and environmental impact.

Before any product joins GreenNest, it must pass our independent 12-point evaluation. This isn't a marketing badge — it's a rigorous audit we stand behind.
Every criterion must be met — there are no partial passes.
Raw materials must be traceable to a verified, sustainable source — certified organic farms, responsibly managed forests, or post-consumer recycled streams.
Workers at every production facility must earn a living wage, operate in safe conditions, and have the right to organise.
Each product's lifecycle carbon footprint must be measured and disclosed. High-emission products must demonstrate a credible reduction roadmap.
All primary and secondary packaging must be plastic-free, home-compostable or curbside-recyclable, and printed with non-toxic inks.
Products should be designed to be repaired, disassembled, composted, or recycled at the end of their useful life — not landfilled.
No substances of very high concern (SVHCs), no PFAS, no formaldehyde-releasing finishes, and full ingredient disclosure for any product that enters the home environment.
All 62 of our supplier partners have been independently audited against the Earth Standard. We publish their results annually.
We review new brand applications quarterly. If you make something exceptional and sustainable, we'd love to hear from you.
We publish our environmental and social impact data every year — the good and the not-yet-good. No greenwashing, no spin.
This counter updates in real time as orders are placed and offset credits are purchased.
A brief history of the commitments we've made and kept.
Started with 12 products from 4 suppliers, a handshake deal on ethical sourcing, and a conviction that home goods didn't have to cost the earth.
We codified our sourcing criteria into the formal 12-point Earth Standard and began independent third-party audits of all suppliers.
Partnered with South Pole to offset 100% of shipping emissions across all orders. First UK home-goods retailer to achieve this across the entire delivery network.
Customers can now return end-of-life GreenNest products for free. We ensure they are repaired, resold, or responsibly recycled — never landfilled.
After an 18-month assessment process, GreenNest was certified as a B Corporation — joining a global community of businesses committed to people and planet over profit alone.
For the first time, we can account for 100% of our supply chain emissions — from raw material extraction to customer doorstep. Our target: 50% reduction by 2027.
